A road paved with good intentions

After watching this vid - i was concerned that Derrick Broze & John Bush were unaware of Stephen Brooks' connection to Lucien Tarnowski & the WEF agenda -

after trying to contact him on FB messenger he dismissed my work as a "insane blog" and Lucien Tarnowski as inconsequential ...

the following pages seek to prove that is an implausable denial.

The Greater reset

The Greater Reset is the world's collective response to the World Economic Forum's Initiative: The Great Reset.

We offer an alternative to the WEF's top-down, centralized, authoritarian vision. Our desire is to help all people find community and liberty by providing practical steps and knowledge for co-creating a world that respects individual liberty, bodily autonomy, and choice.

We invite you to join us for 5 days of discussion about the

The Co-founder of Envision, a Wellbeing and Music Festival, Shares What Keeps Him Balanced

Lisa Kocay - Feb 1, 2018

Looking to incorporate more wellness products and practices in your life? Stephen Brooks, the co-founder of Envision Festival-a wellness and music festival based in Costa Rica-shares his recommendations.

Brooks says he uses his current wellness products because they're locally available to him in Costa Rica. He uses turmeric, which NBC News BETTER reports may provide numerous health benefits. Brooks says he also easts bitters because they are beneficial for digestion-his two picks are the Hombre Grande and Jackass bitters that are native to the area.

"The thing that keeps me most grounded and keeps me the healthiest is really just eating food that comes from a few hundred meters from where I sleep," Brooks says.

For wellbeing practices, he finds meditation to be key in staying balanced.

"I even feel the 10 minutes of meditation I do every morning goes such a long way in drastically improving my life," he adds.

Brooks-also the creator of the Punta Mona Center for Regenerative Design and Botanical Studies and the co-founder La Ecovilla-helps create the wellbeing-education portion of Envision Festival. He says the four-day festival will boast six workshop spaces and offer a variety of speakers in topics such as herbalism, cryptocurrency, women's topics, methods of growing food better, regenerative business practices and conscious media.

"Our primary goal is to offer another way of being and creating this capsule in time that will motivate people to question the way things are," he says.

Key speakers include Nina Simons, the founder of Bioneers-a nonprofit focused on sustainability-astrologist Kaypacha; Native American activist Derrick Broze and Winona LaDuke-who works with tribal land claims and issues. Yoga begins in the early morning and goes throughout the day. Courtesy of Jacob Avanzato.

In addition to the workshops, the festival also improves attendees' wellbeing through yoga classes and food-Brooks says he helps the food vendors find organic and locally-sourced ingredients.

The festival focuses on eight pillars: Music, movement, art, bio-construction, health, community, permaculture and spirituality. All of these are incorporated into a schedule-packed day, which begins with yoga in the early morning and ends with music at sunrise the next day.

This year's musical lineup features artists such as Troyboi, CloZee and Thriftworks. Brooks says visual art will even be incorporated into the music-artist Amanda Sage will be painting on stage during some of the DJ's performances. Her art can also be seen in the galleries at the festival.

Envision takes place at Rancho La Merced in Uvita, and Brooks says the festival works to improve the location. He adds that the festival company has a 10 year lease on the property, and they have planted hundreds of native trees on the site over the past five years.

Brooks says he helped create Envision because he was inspired by aspects of Burning Man. He says he really enjoyed the merge of creativity and freedom, the lack of social hierarchy and the ability to be part of something greater than yourself at the Nevada-based festival.

"Burning Man had such a big influence on me that every year I started sponsoring one of my Costa Rican friends because I just wanted them to experience it," he notes. "And then, what I started to realize, instead of trying to bring all my Costa Rican friends to Burning Man maybe we could bring a little bit of Burning Man to Costa Rica."

All ages are welcome at Envision Festival, and Brooks says an average of 6,000 people attend yearly from about 80 countries. This year's festival will run from Feb. 22 to Feb. 25.

Envision - not as it seems

With messages like “No more Envision” and “Stop Envision“, protesters asked not to hold the event again (in Costa Rica).

Festival organizers greeted the protesters with fruit and water to have a conversation with them and explain the purpose of Envision. However, the villagers refused to accept the invitation and continued on their way to Playa Hermosa.

'We do not agree, because it is a mixture of nudity, drugs and alcohol that goes against our lives and that of our children,” said Johnny Naranjo, a resident of Playa Hermosa, told La Nacion. local press source

The locals hate us.

Imagine a music festival in the USA where only 5% of the attendees were from the USA…That would make you question why? Why don’t people who live in Central America go to Envision? Because they think we’re loud, obnoxious Americans who come into their land and destroy it. Envision paints itself as this eco-experience. It’s a cute effort and mostly an image.

Did you know that the locals were protesting this year outside the festival grounds?

We come in once a year, suck up all the local’s water supply, and introduce our ways to a culture that doesn’t live the same way. The young teenagers and college locals who come to Envision are often introduced to their first drug-experience in an unsafe party environment.

Now I know that everyone is responsible for their own path, but we can still pay homage to the fact that the younger locals can sometime idolize us and want to party with us, and we introduce them to a lifestyle they're not usually living.

Speaking of, Envision festival presents itself as a ‘conscious' festival, and this is once again, complete bulls***. 3 out of 4 people are high out of their minds. I guess you can do a yoga class in the morning….lol… but let's keep it real. People come here to take drugs and party. And speaking of, the drugs are way over-priced and are often laced with dangerous ‘unknown' elements.

"The connections between Envision and Burning Man run deep. One of Envision’s 6 Co-founders, Stephen Brooks, has been attending Burning Man for the past 14 years (his father has been ten times!), and you could see and feel the connection between the two communities everywhere."

Megan Miller - Burning Man's Director of Communications,

comments on article;

"The only people Envision is sustainable for is the organizers. Some of the people who had purchased tickets but “could not be found on the list” during internet outages – bought additional $1600 VIP tickets after standing in line for 6 hours….. Artists / Fire spinners troupe with 4 years of performing for free at Envision had 12 hour hassles to make it inside – one artist admitted – rest of the group denied entrance and only after much gobbledygoop admitted – volunteer treatment abysmal – no local (food) vendors because of exorbitant booth fees – no criticism policy : an artist who made a remark about the music line up to one of the festival producers had his ticket revoked – it is a joke – and the joke is on all of us – people who need someone(s) to organize a party where we can meet and greet and listen to music and pay between $140 and $1600 to attend." This experience is extremely consumerist, who are you kidding about washing your own plate. With what water? In whose nation?. Not a single mention of Costa Rica other than as virgin territory for the roving hoards of consumerist lifestylers who blast around the globe on jet fuel for a few days escape from reality. It is ironic and deeply saddening that the inward focused politically unconscious ethos of burning man can survive outside of it’s barren laboratory and can continue to celebrate it’s ignorance “out in the world” among different cultures, different environments and different political and social realities. Yes, in Costa Rica people are “waking up to their own potential” and “building community” with “powerful projects,” but Envision isn’t one of them. Envision represents a new form of colonialism whereby privileged elites sustain an apolitical fantasy-land utilizing foreign nation’s tourist infrastructure to funnel massive profits to a few foreign investor organizers. What a bunch of suckers." - Sam - March 20, 2015 at 7:04 am

In 1997, Stephen also met Silvio Bonomelli, an eccentric Italian ex-pat living in Puerto Viejo. Silvio gave him chaya, his first edible green that he planted at Punta Mona. Stephen had been eating rice, yuca, fish and plantains prepared every way possible until then. Wiith the introduction to chaya, and its dramatic nutritional and culinary impact, Stephen became obsessed with edible plants.

Since then, Stephen has traveled the world seeking plants that can dramatically better people's lives, as well as increase biodiversity and abundance! Today, the Punta Mona Center boasts over 300 varieties of tropical fruit and nut trees, abundant root crops, vegetables and annuals, as well as over 150 medicinal plants!

In 1999, Stephen took his Permaculture Design Course on the Big Island in Hawaii with Douglas Bullock & John Venezuela. Finding that he had already been living many of the permaculture principals, he discovered a language and community of people striving toward the same goals: to live more efficiently and gently, while using less energy. In 2001, Stephen hosted the first ever Permaculture Design Course in Costa Rica at Punta Mona, and has been offering them at least bi-annually ever since then.

Since the early years Punta Mona has been a mecca for environmental studies students, for permaculture designers and organic gardeners, for healer and alternative chefs. We have gone through many stages of transformation at Punta Mona, from a regular rotating volunteer farm to the current incarnation of an organized educational retreat center, experiential guest house and thriving permaculture farm.

Also Included in your stay:

Your food: We eat a mostly vegan diet. We have egg-laying chickens, catch fish when the ocean is calm, and occasionally eat locally sourced meat.

Dr. Saifedean Ammous is the author of The Bitcoin Standard: The Decentralized Alternative to Central Banking, the best-selling groundbreaking study of the economics of bitcoin. The book was a pioneer in explaining bitcoin’s value proposition as the hardest money ever discovered, and the only working alternative to national central banks for international payments.

"...crypto has failed to become the shining, anarchist, decentralized digital currency of the future. In fact, I’d argue it has turned into another highly unstable form of wealth hoarding. Its adherents dragons seated upon digital hoards proclaiming that they have found the secret means to thwart the government, all while their online “money” is measured in real-world wealth."

Gary Reddin

Columbia University - MK Ultra - Dirty deeds

Wholesale human experimentation was conducted in universities (including Columbia and Stanford), hospitals, mental institutions and jails across the US and Canada between 1953 and 1964.

Some of the subjects were volunteers, many of them students – including Ken Kesey (who later wrote One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest) and Ted Kaczynski (who became the murderous Unabomber). Others were prisoners, patients, drug addicts, vulnerable children, drop-outs and sex workers, and plenty – including CIA staff – didn’t even know they were being tested on, and were given psychological manipulators while at work to see how they would perform.

Subjects were routinely administered LSD and given mock interrogations in extreme conditions, with sensory deprivation or over-amplification used to disorientate and scare them. Threats of extending bad trips were used to extract information. LSD was reportedly inflicted on a mental patient in Kentucky for almost six months, while anothergroup of volunteers were given the hallucinogen for 77 consecutive days.

Unsurprisingly, this sometimes resulted in death and permanent mental disability. During Operation Midnight Climax, conducted primarily in San Francisco and New York City, the CIA hired prostitutes to lure men back to safe houses, where – completely unbeknown to them – they were given LSD. Their behaviour was observed by agents who were stationed behind two-way mirrors (agents who were often, they later admitted, drinking cocktails). Videos were also made of these activities, with recording equipment disguised as electrical devices.

Tacotal is a forming intentional community in the mountains between Costa Rica’s Central Valley and Pacific Coast. The land was purchased collectively in 2007. Two families, each with one small child, and a couple other members currently live at Tacotal full time, tending to agricultural projects, building their homes, maintaining and cultivating the land. All members of the community meet on the land for a week every year to make important communal decisions about development, agreements, proposals for accions, new members, etc.

On the podcast we follow Stephen from his first taste of community as a deadhead to his plans to take a vegetable oil caravan from Burning Man to the 2020 Global Eclipse Gathering in South America (of which he is a collaborator). World Soil Day: 11 transformative soilutions

Lucian Tarnowski

Today is World Soil Day. I've been fascinated by soil for as long as I can remember. Soil health is a key pillar in planetary health. The UN estimates with the current destructive industrialized farming practices we only have 60 harvests left before our top soil is barren and unable to feed the planet. A third of the planet's soil is already acutely degraded and we are losing more than 30 soccer fields of soil every minute due to intensive farming.

The good news is: The Fourth Agricultural Revolution is here.

Fortunately, we already have countless soil, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture solutions. They are being prototyped and scaled in bioregions around the world. There are few areas I'm more excited about than the transformation towards regenerative agriculture and land stewardship. In fact, we kicked off the United Planet Land Stewardship Game in Ibiza on 1st December this week. Soil Health on the island is a major consideration for this league and I'm excited to see what plans emerge around this.

Some of my favourite organizations led by friends of mine and people I respect in this area include:

Terramera - By 2030, Terramera aims to feed 1 billion people, reduce global pesticide usage by 80% and double the amount of soil carbon. Led by a brilliant entrepreneur and dear brother of mine, Karn Manhas.

Nangu - Solving the limitations of small ecological farms with processing and distribution. Led by a stellar team that have participated in United Planet Games.

Ecoversity - An online and offline school dedicated to regenerating our natural world. Founded by the legendary Stephen Brooks.

Kiss the Ground - A movement, a must-see film (See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3-V1j-zMZw) and an engaged community.

Squareroots - Backed by Elon's brother, Kimbel Musk, Squareroots is bringing local, real food to people in cities around the world while empowering next-gen leaders in urban, indoor farming.

The Mushroom Farm - Seated on 753 acres of California Coast, The Mushroom FARM is regenerating the former Campbell's Soup mushroom production facility into the leading example of localized food, power & water sovereignty & abundance. I have many friends

Just Dig It - A foundation tackling desertification. Justdigit makes dry land green again by inspiring and activating farmers in Africa, positively impacting climate change, nature and people.

AeroFarms - on a mission to transform agriculture by building and operating environmentally responsible farms throughout the world to enable local production at scale and nourish communities with safe, nutritious, and delicious food. Led by a very talented Young Global Leader friend, David Rosenberg.

Plenty - Indoor vertical farming using optimized resources. I have great respect for this San Francisco company that is a World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer with Matt Barnard as the CEO.

Arable - A pioneer in decision agriculture, Arable Labs builds affordable tools that help people collect and synthesize site-specific agricultural data. Geonauts - Regenerative agriculture, ecology, economy and community development for Earth, and space. Led by a social entrepreneur and soil pioneer Mackenzie McAleer.

Green is the NEW GOLD!

The Golden Decade Meme — Davos, 2030 and our emerging Planetary Civilization

For the last decade, I have been a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders community. This year I wanted to run an experiment with an intention to provide alternative narratives to the one that has been consuming so much of our energy — predominately that of fear, crisis and separation. I wanted to see if sharing 10 Golden Memes could be adopted into the language of some of the most influential people in the world. I came up with a list of synthesized memes from the thousands of conversations I’ve been having in Civana House, our experimental Planetary Embassy in San Francisco. Since launching Civana House 5 months ago we’ve hosted more than 3000 people from over 1000 organizations and networks. Our focus is to convene what we call the ‘Transition Team’ to accelerate the evolution of regenerative culture. The house is the birthplace of the Golden Gate Bridge and our intention is to support the birth of the emerging win-for-all system.

The week before the World Economic Forum’s Annual meeting Civana hosted a salon for 20 Davos attendees in order to come up with a further list of potential Golden Memes. I then asked and received a great deal of feedback from my community. Through this process, I was able to fine-tune the list into what I called the 10 Golden Memes. A special mention goes to Jamie Wheal, author of Stealing Fire and creator of the Flow Genome Project for his invaluable feedback on how to package a meme for maximum impact. These are the memes we landed on:

mentioned in the Brooks Envision festival Forbes article;

It's a welcome gift to gather together at this sober and precarious turning point where we can move the world from breakdown to breakthrough. These coming years will be the most important in the history of human civilization – the decisive and fleeting window to make essential shifts in our course. This Age of Nature calls for a new social contract of interdependence. Taking care of nature means taking care of people — and taking care of people means taking care of nature. And we can have peace with Earth only when we practice justice with each other – in a process that never ends.Real and lasting change will come only by changing the systems that are driving the destruction and by transforming our underlying values and principles. The time to act is now. Future genera-tions and the web of life are counting on us.

"Bioneers is by its nature systemic and kaleidoscopic. The conference is a wellspring of inspiration, solutions, renewal, community and hope. We invite you to open yourself to new ideas, people and projects, to make connections, to embrace the spontaneous flow of synchronicities and epiphanies that may arise."

The UP Festival

This curious conversation with Lucian Tarnowski sounds like the realms of futuristic fantasy gaming. In reality, the conversation twists and turns into a practical explanation of the generative futurist practices, UP Games, in Ibiza. Lucian describes the specific action-based solutions being exercised in Ibiza to create regenerative, sustainable changes to food-growing, health and well-being and more all through exercising the collective intelligence for the benefit of the collective. He describes his vision of prototyping a planetary embassy to rise to meet the challenge on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

@32:48 - Civana House, planetary embassies & 100 lighthouses around the world. He admiringly mentions Greater Reset speaker Stephen Brooks as a possible candidate leader for an Embassy program in Costa Rica

Prototyping a planetary embassy to rise to meet the challenge on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

Stephen Brooks & Lucien Tarnowski

Stephen said himself that he has a lot of billionaire friends.

Naturally, this made me curious to find out more about him.[Tarnowski]

He was recognized by the WEF as a “Young Global Leader.” Just seems ironic to say they’re working to create an “alternative to The Great Reset” with someone who is (knowingly or not) directly working with and contributing to the WEF’s Great Reset.

“He has spoken at gatherings such as Davos, various World Economic Forum meetings, TEDx, The China Digital Summit, Impact Summit and for companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Coca-Cola, Oracle, Pearson, IBM and PWC.

Lucian is a friend of Stephen’s. He’s also the founder of Civana, “an ambitious non-profit that connects social impact entrepreneurs and empowers them through digital tools and communities” which he took offline in 2019.

Lucian says, “Civana House itself is one of the oldest continuous gathering places in the Bay Area, and it's built on sacred land: on top of a well of the Ohlone people.

co-incidence Stanford is also built on Native Ohlone land

What better place to imagine a world advanced beyond nation-states — a planetary-focused world where humanity is working equilibrium to deliver on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and give birth to a regenerative culture?

I see planetary embassies as like masonic lodges or safe houses of a previous era. Where like-minded people gather to meet, share ideas, and shape the future."

But as fools always do, these allegories, rituals, events, and social movements are infiltrated, subverted, co-opted, stolen by the royal bloodlines and covert government agencies and secret societies, corrupted, distorted, obfuscated, misinterpreted, misunderstood and then falsely propagated and SOLD to the masses (pronounced "THEM ASSES") as organic, "grassroots" and LITERAL sacrifices and then all the chaos and confusion of history unfolds...

which brings us here today... with all the elite silicon valley and tech industry billionaires such as Mark Zuckyboy as well as hollywood celebrity party moguls like Paris Hilton, FLOCKING to their ancient holocaust ritual known as "burning man" for their perfect utopia of decadence and revelry, inching ever closer back to their ancient origins, where it wont be too much longer before they get a fool back into that wicker man effigy as it was ALWAYS INTENDED TO BE.
